Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
